The applicable purchasers contract price will be at the original list price of the lot, with the rebate of $30,000 paid as an adjustment at settlement. The purchaser must enter into a qualifying contract and must have complied with all the terms to be entitled to the rebate at settlement.

The purchaser must pay deposit by end of March 2025.
