Promotion Period

Contribution Agreement

  • The promotion applies in conjunction with select builders participating Builders only and is subject to change at the developer’s discretion. The participating Builders: Metricon, Simonds, JG King, Orbit.
  • The Builder agrees to contribute a $20,000 (inclusive of GST) to the Purchaser’s build Contract of Sale.
  • The Vendor (TW Projects) agrees to contribute a $40,000 (inclusive of GST) settlement rebate, which will be paid to the Purchaser by way of adjustment in favour of the Purchaser at settlement.
  • The purchaser must enter into a qualifying contract and must have complied with all the terms to be entitled to the rebate at settlement. To qualify for the developer rebate, purchasers must provide evidence of their paid build deposit with said participating builder, together with written confirmation from that builder, at settlement. This promotion applies only to Lots 55, 44, 45, 48, 57, and 58 within Stage 2 at Lakeside, Colac.

Deposit & Signing Timeline:

  • The Purchaser is required to deposit with the Builder by 28th February 2026.
  • For the Purchaser to be eligible for the $20,000 contribution from the Builder, they must have entered into a build Contract of Sale as per the Builder’s new home order form or what is agreed with by the Builder.
  • For the Purchaser to be eligible for the $40,000 settlement contribution, they must have entered into a build Contract of Sale with the Builder prior to land settlement.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Purchaser must meet all other eligibility requirements as set by the Vendor to be entitled to the promotion.

Liability

The Vendor will not be liable to cover the Builder’s contribution in the event the Builder fails to satisfy their end of the agreement or if the Builder or Purchaser terminates the build Contract of Sale following settlement of the land.
